I've been to two lessons and Maggie is a wonderful teacher. She makes sure that the movements suit the individual and you come away feeling enriched - highly recommend if you are thinking about taking up yoga.

Baby & Me Yoga

Suitable from your 6 week check onward until your little one is crawling.

Baby & Me Yoga class is a safe space for self care and movement for parents while also having fun with the little ones. Each class will focus on mobilising and strengthening post birth and to create some time for self care in your busy day.

During the class always feel empowered to take time to feed, change or soothe your baby.

What to expect in class

Maggie's yoga classes focus on developing body- and self-awareness, as well as stability alongside mobility; you can expect a grounding sequence, an inspiring soundtrack and verbal adjustments/ assists to ensure you get the most out of your practice. Her teaching is influenced by her yoga therapy studies, and her recent personal experience of becoming a mother. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to drop her a line.
