GREENWICH CLASSES

Class schedule

Outdoor classes in Greenwich SE10  

Sundays 4PM & 5PM, 55 min

Practice with me in person in my outdoor class, respectful of social distancing, max 5 students/class.

Email me: 1) your preference for 4 or 5PM (first come first serve)

2) your level of yoga experience (I might separate complete beginners to one class for example)

 

Then to book your ticket send £10 to  Paypal.me/maggiejamesyoga (paying to 'friends and family').

What you need: 

Yoga mat; 2 yoga blocks also recommended - see here for Mat & product recommendations.

Refund policy:

In case it rains/is too cold: I may email to suggest postpone the class and suggest alternatives. If none suit I will cancel & refund you.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before Fri 8PM.
If you are feeling unwell on the day you can transfer your ticket to someone else. But if you can't, because I have already allocated my time and energy to travelling and teaching the class the best I can offer is 40% (£4) off your next class (if you cancel before Sunday 10AM
). In case 2 or more need to cancel within reasonable notice time (latest by Sunday 10AM), I will write to the class group to discuss postponing.

I need at least 4 people to book for the class to go ahead, in case not enough book I will email to discuss postponing or sending you a refund.

What to expect in class

Maggie's yoga classes focus on developing body- and self-awareness, as well as stability alongside mobility; you can expect  a dynamic and grounding sequence, an inspiring soundtrack and verbal adjustments/ assists to ensure you get the most out of your practice. Her teaching is influenced by her yoga therapy studies, and her recent personal experience of becoming a mother. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to drop her a line.
