FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS):
-
Weather? April is my favourite month here. Not too hot, but still hot enough to swim. Most days will be all sunshine, statistically April has only 1 day with rain.
-
Is it safe with the animals so close? Yes, our venue is fully fenced and protected, and all game drives will be with highly experienced, qualified guides
-
Is there malaria? Please consult your GP and follow their guidelines. (To put your mind at ease though, we have not heard of anyone getting malaria in Vic Falls in the last years, but I'd still recommend take malarone to be safe.)
-
Zambia / Livingstone? I am happy to explain options for a visit or day trip.
-
I want to go on further safaris/exploration/stay longer after this retreat, can you help arrange? Yes, happy to.
Wake up to the sounds of the African bush;
walk in the footsteps of elephants,
observe rhinos from a safe distance, with just the trees and your trusted field guide between you;
Return home to a wholesome breakfast on the veranda and watch the wildlife come and go around camp;
enjoy being in your body through an expertly guided yoga practice;
explore further areas of the wildlife area in the afternoon, visit the hippo by the river
return to base for a wholesome meal;
fall asleep early, to the sound of the African bush.
Repeat.
